Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, however, due to the nature of our product all sales are final.

We understand Internet ordering can be difficult being that you cannot inspect the product in advance. To put your mind at ease, under serious evaluation we may provide a 5-day exchange equal or less value from date usps shows delivery. Hair would have to be in original condition and packaging. Company will not provide money for shipping that will be customers responsibility.

Before Using Hair: Shampoo and condition your virgin hair extension prior installing.

Washing

•  Wash in cool/Luke warm water

•  When washing your hair extension do not massage or twist the hair

•  Apply a generous amount of conditioner

•  Do not apply conditioner to areas where the extensions are attached

•  After washing, allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel)

Styling: 2-4 bundles are needed for a full weave depending on desired fullness. 20’ and longer 3-4 bundles are needed for a full weave.
