Replacements - Product Defect 
At Flawless Hair we take pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Our virgin hair extensions are natural human hair and are reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning. Product issues or concerns can often be easily resolved by the use of a good hair care regimen however, if you feel you have received a product that is truly defective please contact us.

If you have received a product that is defective you MUST contact us within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. Although we have a no return/exchange policy we will address the quality issue. We will provide you with instruction for return of all the products in question. If Flawless Hair confirms and agrees tat the product is defective in any way, We will then replace the product. If Flawless Hair does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item(s) to the customer without an exchange of the product.

Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, and cutting, splitting, removing hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair in any way VOIDS the replacement.

Flawless Hair does not guarantee hair once it has been chemically processed in any way. If we suspect that it has been chemically processed it will be reviewed by 2 licensed cosmetologist to determine its condition. Cutting and/or splitting of the weft VOIDS replacement.

Due to the delicate nature of closures, they cannot be exchanged or replaced under any circumstances.
